For months now I have been searching for a new desk. Searching everyday on eBay, Craigslist, and in newspapers but it was nearly impossible to find anything local. Then I came across iGarageSale, a craigslist based garage sale finder for iPhone. Using your current position, iGarageSale will find the nearest garage sales in your selected area by week or day. From there, you can see what each garage sale is selling. One of the most exciting features built into the app is the ability to search for a specific item. When the search is complete it will show you where and when it is available.

While there are a number of racing games available for iPhone, Firemint, creators of Flight Control have introduced a new game, Real Racing [iTunes]. This racing game is the most realistic I have seen to date. Best of all the online community (cloudcell.com) makes it a constant challenge to be the best. Live online tournaments, tracking of best times, trophies, and championship stats, and sharing of race replays via YouTube make it more fun than ever to race on the iPhone.

Since the day I switched from Blackberry to iPhone over 2 years ago I have been slightly jealous of Blackberry owners for one reason, Brick Breaker. I am no longer envious. Radial50 is a new take on the classic Brick Breaker game. With 360-degree movement, excellent sound effects and energetic music this game has taken complete control of nearly all my downtime. Online leader boards keep track of the best scores in your city, state, region, country, and even the world making it a constant challenge to be the best.
